Board of Directors
We are a 27-member board of directors made up of beef, dairy and veal producers, as well as industry stakeholders from the livestock marketing, retail and foodservice sectors. We also have ex-officio members rounding out our team from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, the Pennsylvania State University Department of Animal Science, and the Delaware Valley University Department of Animal Science.

The Pennsylvania Beef Council staff proudly serves Pennsylvania cattle farmers and ranchers through education, promotion and community engagement to demonstrate the value of the beef industry in Pennsylvania. We also engage in activities that demonstrate that not only is beef delicious, but it's also a powerful ally in building healthy bodies, thriving communities and a strong economy for Pennsylvania.
